The Caterer and Hotelkeeper is a very useful website for the Catering and Hospitality Industry. It has news on the latest events within the industry, has a jobs section, and a link to the latest news on food and drink, which includes recipes and what's in season.
There is a useful section called "how to ......", which includes 'serving cheese', 'portion control', 'matching food and wine', 'costing a menu' and much much more.
