You will have some compulsory modules, and some pick and mix modules to work through. The time to do this will be designated on your timetable.
Detailed instructions for each Skills Boost module can be found within and throughout each module. There will be a quiz for you to complete at the end of each session.
A large amount of the content you will be assessing during your Skills Boost sessions will contain audio, so we recommend that you use your headphones.
All students are required to complete Skills Boost to develop independent learning skills, whilst also looking at topics that give you a greater appreciation of other cultures, a greater understanding of wider society and the skills that are needed for life in modern Britain.
